Can I cancel my order?
- If you need to cancel an order contact us immediately! No later than 12 hours after order is placed. You cannot cancel and order once its been shipped. You must go through our return process. Go to our contact page.
Will I receive more than one package for my order?
- Due to our Vendor Collaborations, you may receive more than one package that may arrive separately, if multiple items were ordered. In which case, you will receive tracking information for each package, if available.
Where does Shop Pretties ship to?
- Currently, we only ship within the Continental United States.
Will I have to pay sales tax?
- Only customers located in:
- South Carolina
- This may change at any time.
Why is my payment being declined?
- At Shop Pretties we take security very serious! This is one of those things that sets us apart from other retailers. Your payment will be declined if there is a discrepancy between your card and the CVV number and/or zip code you provided. If you feel this has happened in error, try placing the order again (It's very easy to miss typos). If you continue to have issues contact your financial institution. You may also contact us and we can work to resolve the issue.
PRE-ORDER/ CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
PRE-ORDERS/ CUSTOM MADE ITEMS CAN TAKE FROM 1-6 WEEKS TO ARRIVE.
- If an item is a pre-order it will state that in the product title.
- Each pre-order will have an ending date. I will not place the order until the ending date.
- The 1-6 week time frame begins at the ending date posted.
- Exchanges are not allowed.
- Refunds are not allowed on customized items.
- Once you receive your item, you have 7 days to contact me about a return/refund. I am not responsible for return shipping. Once item is received by me, you will be refunded the cost of the item, not shipping.
